As an experiment, the text on this site is set in Llawen, a work in progress. It’s a refinement of Exuberance Primary, the font I released back in 2005, redrawn to accommodate more weights, features and languages.
At the time of writing, Llawen is nowhere near finished. There are wonky curves everywhere, very little punctuation, the spacing is off and there is no kerning. But as I make changes in FontLab, and commit those changes to the repository in Github, the site will update with the new fonts within a moment or two.
Incidentally, Llawen is the Welsh word for ‘merry’. The ‘ll’ sound in Welsh is pronounced like this.
